Recently due to circumstances I decided to sell my property.
Originally this property was purchased through W. T. Newey & Co. – (in 1989) – 32 years ago.
The salesperson in this instance was Mr Carl Zaubzer. All those years ago I was so impressed with his mode of doing business that I knew when I needed to sell or purchase ever again I would contact Carl.
Both my husband and I occasionally kept in touch with Carl over the years and now that I am moving to be with family in Melbourne I sought Carl’s expertise.
I would like to let you know that, once again, how very impressed I was with all the effort, advice, information and support Carl gave me. Everything he did was with care and understanding. He was polite, punctual, informative and so much more.
He was professional in every way, the marketing he did was excellent and he has a very calm and relaxed manner. I felt at ease throughout all the experience including the open house inspections.
People are quick to complain but when a job is well done there are no accolades. This is why I am emailing to you, to let you know how I felt with my involvement with Carl. He is an absolute asset to W.T. Newey & Co.
A true gentleman who made a very daunting adventure a wonderful experience.
The property was sold at Auction last Saturday and Carl deserves full credit for the remarkable job he did for this to happen.
