Karen has sixteen years’ experience in Real Estate. Starting out in a role within our Sales department, she moved to specialise in Strata Management in 2007. Karen regularly prepares budgets and agendas, convenes meetings, prepares minutes, attends to repairs and follows up on all matters relating to management of over 230 strata schemes. She provides advice and information on the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 to all lot owners and their legal representatives within her portfolio of over 60 strata schemes. Karen draws on her extensive experience and knowledge to liaise with lot owners, strata committees, tradespeople, strata searchers, and legal representatives on all matters in relation to the management of strata schemes.
